Overview

As a publisher, INSTITUTE OF EMERGING AND COMPUTER ENGINEERS INC (IECE) disseminates fully peer-reviewed and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) compliant open access Journals that are published online. Founded in 2022, with a mission to promote academic publishing, IECE has been striving to hold up the highest possible publishing standards that all our scholars, researchers, academic groups, and institutions, can be proud of and support. IECE currently publishes several academic periodicals across different science and engineering fields. In addition to journal publications, IECE also publishes a series of academic books, monographs, and conference proceedings.

Subscription / Open Access

IECE offers authors the option to publish their research via subscription (without Article Publishing Charge) or open access. To publish open access, a publication fee (APC) needs to be met by the author or research funder.

Archiving & Repository Policy

All journals published by IECE with digital identifier objects (DOIs) are submitted to Crossref, are archived in Portico, which provides permanent digital archiving for scholarly journals.
IECE allows and encourage authors the post both their pre- and post-publication manuscripts including published version, accepted version and submitted version for self-archiving and/or archiving in an institutional repository without embargo time. These practices benefit authors with productive exchanges as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

Publication Ethics Statement

IECE takes the responsibility to enforce a rigorous peer-review together with strict ethical policies and standards to ensure adding the highest quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication. IECE takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously on every level. Our staff are trained to identify and report any irregularities. Our editors proceed with a zero tolerance policy, to enforce COPE Core Practices and COPE Guidelines and swiftly handle complex cases of plagiarism, data falsification, authorship credit, and the like.
