Aims & Scope
Journal of Advances Electronic Materials is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing original research articles, reviews, and short communications in the field of electronic materials. The journal focuses on the synthesis, characterization, and application of advanced materials for electronic, optoelectronic, photonic, and energy-related devices. Topics include (but are not limited to) semiconductors, dielectric and magnetic materials, nanostructures, two-dimensional materials, flexible electronics, and materials for emerging technologies such as quantum computing and neuromorphic systems. The journal aims to provide a platform for interdisciplinary research at the intersection of materials science, physics, and electrical engineering.
