Aims & Scope
Perception Engineering is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research at the intersection of engineering, computer science, and human perception. The journal focuses on the design, development, and analysis of systems and technologies that simulate, enhance, or interpret sensory perception—including visual, auditory, tactile, and multimodal processing. Areas of interest include but are not limited to computational perception, sensor fusion, perceptual interfaces, machine perception, and perception-based AI systems. The journal welcomes original research articles, reviews, and short communications that advance the theory, methodology, or application of perception in engineered systems.
