Abstract
In public health emergencies, the property personnel of the community have become a key line of defense to ensure the safety of residents. However, in practice, it has been observed that there is often a significant mismatch between the characteristics of these personnel and their roles during such emergencies. The behavior of these employees at work is influenced by various factors.
